My experience at Park's Renault East Kilbride was memorable because Zak Tennant, salesperson, was able to spend time talking me through finance scenarios, the ‘how tos’ of automatic/electric cars & when I picked it up, he made sure he had booked out more than enough time to allow me to practice driving the car, fitting my twins’ car seats into the back & ensuring I was happy with my new car. There was no pushy sales patter.
